TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. GENERAL

1.1. www.byamaracouture.nl is a website registrated in the Netherlands under the registration number 94437319 and located at Maatschapslaan 37A, 2404 CL, Alphen aan den Rijn.

1.4. By making a reservation, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions govern the selling terms of all the orders placed by customers on the website www.ellodresses.nl make sure to read the terms and conditions before placing an order!


1.5. Ellodresses may change the terms and conditions of the website at any time without liability to customers for such changes. The customers should only be bound on the terms & conditions on the day the order is placed.

2. RESERVATION

2.1 A reservation becomes final once a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount has been paid.

2.2 The customer is responsible for providing correct personal information when making a reservation.

2.3 Amara Couture reserves the right to refuse or cancel a reservation if incorrect information has been provided.

3. RENTAL PERIOD

3.1 The standard rental period is 3 days, unless otherwise agreed in writing in the rental agreement.

3.2 The rental period begins on the agreed pick-up date and ends on the agreed return date.

3.3 The dress must be returned no later than the agreed return date.

3.4 If the dress is not returned by the agreed return date, the renter will be charged a late fee of €75 per day for each day the dress is returned late.

4. PAYMENT

4.1 When reserving a dress, the customer must pay a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount.

4.2 The remaining balance must be paid upon collection of the dress.

4.3 When collecting the dress, a security deposit of €50 must also be paid in cash.

5. SECURITY DEPOSIT

5.1 The security deposit is €50 per dress.

5.2 The security deposit will be refunded once the dress has been returned on time and in good condition.

5.3 If damage or severe staining is found, part or all of the security deposit may be withheld.

6. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RENTER

6.1 The renter is fully responsible for the rented dress from the moment of collection until the moment it is returned.

6.2 Damage includes, but is not limited to:

Tears or holes in the fabric

Loss of beads, stones, or other decorations

Permanent stains

Other damage to the dress

6.3 If damage is detected, Amara Couture reserves the right to charge repair or replacement costs.

7. CLEANING

7.1 Dresses may not be washed or cleaned by the customer.

7.2 Amara Couture is responsible for the professional cleaning of the dresses.

7.3 If a dress is returned extremely dirty and requires additional cleaning, additional costs may be charged.

8. LOSS OR THEFT

8.1 In the event of loss or theft of a dress, the renter is responsible for paying the full replacement value of the dress.

9. CANCELLATION

9.1 Cancellations must be reported at least 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.

9.2 If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 weeks before the rental date, the deposit will not be refunded.

10. COMPLAINTS

10.1 Complaints must be reported to Amara Couture as soon as possible.

10.2 Amara Couture will make every effort to handle complaints as quickly as possible.

11. LIABILITY

11.1 Amara Couture is not liable for any damage or injury caused by wearing a rented dress.

11.2 Amara Couture is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. GOVERNING LAW

12.1 These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.

12.2 Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
